Product Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of products and problems from discovery through execution. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, risk, sales and customers to identify meaningful problems, define solutions and bring products to market. This role offers significant exposure to 0-to-1 product development as well as the opportunity to shape products as they scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Own product areas from problem discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business problems and user needs.
Translate complex workflows across KYC, KYB, fraud, income, AML and risk into intuitive product experiences.
Define product requirements, roadmap, priorities and success metrics.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch products.
Conduct user research, market analysis and competitive research.
Analyse product usage, customer feedback and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and evaluate experiments to validate product hypotheses.
Balance customer experience, accuracy, cost, latency, scalability and regulatory requirements.
Work on API-based products, dashboards, decisioning systems and workflow products.
Collaborate with sales and business teams to understand customer requirements and commercial opportunities.
Support product launches, pricing, packaging and go-to-market initiatives.
Establish product processes, documentation and metrics as the organisation scales.
Qualifications:
2–6 years of experience in product management, product strategy, consulting, fintech, SaaS or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Strong customer orientation and product judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with data, metrics and business cases.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand APIs, workflows and technical constraints.
Strong ownership and execution skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, KYC/KYB, fraud, risk or compliance.
Experience building B2B SaaS or API-first products.
Experience working on AI/ML-enabled products.
Technical background or strong understanding of APIs and technology products.
Experience taking products from 0-to-1.
