Business Development & Sales Partner (Commission-Based)

We are a modern digital and creative agency helping brands—from local premium studios (automotive, luxury bakes, lifestyle) to digital startups—scale their online presence. Our core offerings include high-retention Social Media Management, Meta Ads, UI/UX Design, and Custom Web Development.
We are looking for self-driven Sales & Business Development Partners to bring in business clients. If you know how to pitch to founders, run outbound outreach, or close local business owners, this role offers direct high-ticket earnings with zero caps.
Compensation Structure (Up to 25% Commission)
You earn on every closed client deal. The payout happens as soon as the client invoice clears:
Monthly Retainers (Social Media & Ads Management):
20% to 25% recurring payout on the first month's retainer, and 10% recurring for every consecutive month the client stays.
Example: Close a ₹25,000/month retainer \rightarrow Earn ₹5,000 – ₹6,250 upfront + recurring monthly passive income.
One-Time High-Ticket Projects (Websites, UI/UX & App Dev):
15% to 20% flat commission on project value.
Example: Close a custom ₹40,000 website build \rightarrow Earn ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 instantly on closing.
Example: Close a ₹1,00,000 app MVP/full-stack project \rightarrow Earn ₹15,000 – ₹20,000.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify potential businesses needing upgrades (e.g., local studios running ads with poor creatives, brands needing modern websites, or startups needing UI/UX).
Reach out via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, cold email, phone calls, or walk-ins.
Qualify client needs, pitch our tailored solutions, and schedule discovery chats or close directly.
Hand over closed clients to our delivery team—you sell, we handle 100% of the fulfillment and design/tech work.
