Role Description: The Business Development & Operations Manager will support the growth and daily operational efficiency of Eminence Group of Entertainment. This job role involves assisting with lead generation, tracking sales pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline business processes. The candidate will analyze performance metrics, contribute to budgeting and resource allocation, and help optimize workflows for events and entertainment projects. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, maintaining documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and propose improvements.
Knowledge of operations management principles, process optimization, and workflow coordination.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Basic understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management.
Interest or experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
