Job Summary: We are seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Analytics and Operations Specialist with 6-8 years of experience in managing business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for turning insights into actionable strategies. This role involves collaborating with business unit stakeholders to drive multiple Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs and enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to develop and implement OpEx programs.
Utilize Salesforce to manage and track operational metrics and performance indicators.
Prepare and present analytical reports that highlight trends and actionable insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.
Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders on operational processes.
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with analytical tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Engineering, BE in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
