Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on UiPath RPA Developer with 2–3 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable RPA solutions using UiPath and should have good knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, APIs, SQL, and application integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
Design automation workflows using REFramework and UiPath best practices.
Deploy, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot automations using UiPath Orchestrator.
Automate web, desktop, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and enterprise applications.
Integrate UiPath with REST APIs, web services, databases, and external applications.
Develop robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and transaction processing.
Analyze automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in requirement analysis and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
Develop reusable components and follow RPA development and coding standards.
Prepare technical documentation such as PDD, SDD, test cases, and deployment/support documents.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, business users, and technical teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation.
Required Technical SkillsUiPath
2–3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Good understanding of REFramework.
Experience with Queues, Assets, Triggers, Jobs, Processes and Robots.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of SQL and database connectivity.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON and XML.
Good understanding of web and desktop application automation.
Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar languages.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as API keys and OAuth is an advantage.
Knowledge of Git/Azure DevOps or other source-control tools is preferred.

Power Automate / Power Apps.
Azure fundamentals.
CI/CD for RPA.
Exposure to AI, GenAI, or Agentic Automation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
