ViaPlus is seeking a Application Support - SRE to own the reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale, mission-critical platforms running on Microsoft Azure. This role is responsible for maintaining production stability across complex, distributed systems by leading incident response, observability, and reliability engineering initiatives.
The Lead Cloud SRE will work hands-on with Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes-based and VM-hosted microservices, networking, and data platforms to diagnose and resolve high-severity production issues.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Application & Production Support
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications and production systems.
Manage incidents, problems, and service requests within SLA / ITIL processes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes.
Collaborate with application teams to resolve deployment and runtime issues.
System & Infrastructure Management
Administer Windows & Linux servers (physical & virtual).
Perform OS upgrades, patching, and system hardening.
Configure IIS for application hosting and Nginx for load balancing.
DevOps, Middleware & Platform Support
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Manage Azure Service Fabric clusters for microservices.
Install and tune RabbitMQ, JS7 Job Scheduler, and GlobalScape EFT.
Monitoring, Security & Compliance
Monitor systems using AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Nagios.
Perform log analysis, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
Remediate vulnerabilities and support compliance audits.
Reporting & Documentation
Configure Power BI Report Server and schedule reports.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate with Dev, Infra, Security, Vendors, and Business teams.
Mentor junior engineers and support on-call rotations.
Skill Set:
Operating Systems: Windows Server (2012–2022), Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
Web Servers: IIS, Nginx
Cloud / Platform: Azure, Azure Service Fabric
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation
Job Scheduling: JS7 Job Scheduler
Messaging: RabbitMQ
File Transfer: GlobalScape EFT

Scripting: PowerShell, Bash (Python – good to have)

Qualifications:
Any Graduate with B. E / B. Tech, MCA or equivalent degree with more than 3+ years relevant work experience.
Cloud certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
