Role: Student Support Intern
Company: Grade Learner
Stipend: up to 16000/month
Type: Full-time Internship
Location: Sec 63, Noida
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Communicate with students through calls and messages
• Understand student concerns and provide appropriate support
• Follow up with students regarding their course progress
• Motivate students to stay consistent with their learning
• Help students with basic course-related queries
• Track student engagement and progress
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required
• Maintain regular student records and follow-ups

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with students over calls
• Positive, patient, and empathetic approach
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
