Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Entra ID Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role will focus on Entra ID architecture, hybrid identity, Zero Trust, identity governance, security, and automation.
The candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and IAM teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory architecture.
Define and implement hybrid identity solutions using Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.
Lead Entra ID modernization and cloud identity transformation initiatives.
Design and implement Zero Trust, Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Identity Protection, and PIM solutions.
Design automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows using Lifecycle Workflows, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Power Automate.
Lead integration of SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications with Entra ID.
Implement Identity Governance, Access Reviews, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
Architect B2B and B2C identity solutions.
Work with security teams on compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and NIST.
Lead architecture/design workshops and prepare HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with global business and technology stakeholders.
