Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. This role focuses on software engineering and cloud automation, with an emphasis on eliminating manual operational activities through code-driven solutions.
The candidate will develop Python-based automation applications, serverless workflows, and automated deployment pipelines across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python applications and automation solutions for cloud operations.
Build serverless and event-driven solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated build, testing, security scanning, and deployment.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
Develop reusable automation frameworks, deployment templates, and platform tools.
Implement monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational automation.
Troubleshoot issues across AWS services, automation workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to disaster recovery, resiliency, and operational excellence initiatives.
Follow DevOps and software engineering best practices including version control, code reviews, secure coding, and automated testing.
Collaborate with application, data, and platform engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
