We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Production

💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor activities.
Plan production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Handle manpower, productivity, quality, and production timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, QC & Project teams.
Manage CNC, carpentry, fabrication, furniture & finishing processes.
Ensure proper execution of production drawings.
Control material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Implement 5S, safety, quality, and process improvement practices.
Prepare daily production reports and resolve shop-floor issues.
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or related field.
6–10 years of experience in Furniture / Interior Manufacturing.
Strong shop-floor and manpower management skills.
Good knowledge of production planning and technical drawings.
