Role Overview
As a Process Trainer, you will conduct on-site operational training to upskill ground leadership and warehouse teams. You will ensure seamless execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our dark stores and hubs.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site training sessions for Pickers, Team Leads (TL), Store Managers (SM), and City Logistics Managers (CLM).
Deliver process modules on order picking, inventory handling, dispatch efficiency, and dark store SOPs.
Travel across dark stores/hubs in the region to audit training effectiveness and conduct refresher sessions.
Evaluate ground staff performance post-training and bridge skill gaps in real time.
Track key operational metrics (e.g., picking accuracy, order turnaround time, error rates) to measure training impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in process training, operations training, or hub management within Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Last-Mile Logistics.
Strong understanding of dark store/warehouse workflows and ground-level team roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across various sites in Bangalore.
