Role Description The Sales Manager role at Radcliffe Bureau is a full-time remote position responsible for leading and growing client accounts. Day-to-day work includes managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing clients through regular communication and strategic account planning. The Sales Manager will set and track sales targets, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. This role also involves analyzing market trends, providing accurate forecasts and reports, and mentoring team members to support overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably in a services or B2B environment.
Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze data, prepare forecasts, and use CRM or sales management tools to manage pipelines and report on performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading or coaching sales teams is beneficial, along with familiarity with modern sales methodologies and digital collaboration tools.
