Role: Senior Gen AI / AI Backend Engineer
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Senior Gen AI / AI Backend Engineer to build and scale the technology behind VIDUR’s AI-powered professional platform.
You will work on advanced AI systems involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI Agents, backend architecture, and scalable solutions for tax, legal, consulting, M&A, and enterprise workflows.
You will collaborate closely with founders, AI architects, product managers, and engineering teams to convert complex professional problems into reliable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Backend Development
Build scalable backend systems powering AI applications.
Develop APIs and services integrating LLMs and AI workflows.
Design and optimise RAG-based systems.
Build AI Agent workflows for professional use cases.
Gen AI Engineering
Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experiment with model improvements and AI optimization.
Build reliable AI solutions with focus on accuracy and performance.
Product Collaboration
Work closely with product teams to understand business requirements.
Convert product ideas into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and engineering decisions.
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and scalable backend systems.
Understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms and production deployments.
