United Freight Logistics (UFL) is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
📌 Position: Business Development Executive
Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Gurgaon
Joining: Immediate
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US logistics/freight industry.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/client information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Experience in Business Development / Sales / International BPO / US Sales preferred.
Candidates with international BPO or US market experience will be given preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Immediate joiners preferred.
