Sukruthi Innovations is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Solar EPC sector. If you have a strong network in the renewable energy industry and a proven track record in C&I solar sales, we'd love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive business development and revenue growth in the Solar EPC segment
✅ Identify and develop new opportunities across Industrial, Commercial & Institutional sectors
✅ Lead client meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
✅ Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids for rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid solar projects
✅ Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams for successful project execution
✅ Maintain sales pipeline, business forecasts, and market intelligence
Requirements
✔ Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales / Business Development
✔ Strong understanding of Solar EPC costing, project economics, MNRE, CEIG & DISCOM regulations
✔ Established network with clients, consultants, and developers in the solar industry
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Experience
🔹 Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Rooftop Solar Projects
🔹 Ground Mounted Solar Projects
🔹 CAPEX / RESCO / OPEX business models
🔹 Key Account Management and Revenue Growth
