We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern who is ambitious, curious, confident and genuinely excited about sales, business development and building relationships.
At Stellar Strategies, we work with brands and businesses to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships and create solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. As a BDR Intern, you’ll be at the front of that journey — identifying the right opportunities, starting conversations and helping turn prospects into relationships.
What you’ll be doing
Research and identify potential clients, brands and businesses across relevant industries
Build and maintain prospect databases
Identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and generate qualified leads
Understand a prospect’s requirements and identify potential opportunities for Stellar
Schedule and support introductory meetings with prospects
Follow up consistently and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with the senior team to develop outreach strategies and convert opportunities
Track outreach, conversations and leads through CRM/sales tools
Stay updated on businesses, brands, market trends and potential partnership opportunities
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You should be:
Driven and ambitious with an interest in building a career in sales
Comfortable speaking to new people and starting conversations
Confident, articulate and persuasive in communication
Curious about businesses, brands and how companies grow
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Persistent with follow-ups and not afraid of rejection
Good at research and identifying the right opportunities
Willing to learn, experiment and improve every day
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
