Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi within the Founder’s Office at Infinra. The role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, including market research, business analysis, and project execution across functions such as product, operations, and partnerships. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking key metrics, coordinating with internal teams to drive high-priority projects, and supporting decision-making through data-backed insights. The person in this role will also help streamline processes, manage special projects, and contribute to strategic planning and investor or stakeholder communication. The position is suited to someone who enjoys a high degree of ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable handling both strategic and hands-on operational work.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data analysis, market research, and problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
Demonstrated capability in project management, coordination across teams, and prioritizing multiple initiatives.
Interest in or exposure to technology, financial services, insurance, or related sectors is advantageous.
High level of ownership, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership on sensitive matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Comfort working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment, with adaptability to evolving priorities.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
