Responsibilities:
Manage designated orders; align requirements, priorities, and updates with hiring teams.
Manage assigned requisitions/orders; align requirements, priorities, and updates with hiring teams.
Source candidates across channels and build pipelines for prioritised profiles (active + passive).
Screen applications and conduct discovery discussions to assess fit, readiness, and basic compliance.
Prepare and share shortlisted candidate profiles with the hiring team through ATS/VMS.
Drive feedback loops, candidate communication, and offer coordination; trigger onboarding handoff.
Own talent-care responsibilities including associate engagement management, assignment oversight, and periodic associate/consultant check-ins once deployed on assignment.
Conduct technical screening and assessments for roles and positions, as applicable.
Work Model and Shifts: WFO; comfortable with US shift coverage as business requires.
