We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning and Control professional with strong experience in Discrete Industries / Discrete Manufacturing. The candidate will work as an SME, collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions to complex business problems, and contribute to key project decisions. The role requires strong knowledge of production planning processes, discrete manufacturing workflows, SAP configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Act as an SME and collaborate with/manage the team.
Take responsibility for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams.
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
Support SAP PP configuration, enhancement, implementation, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 7.5 years of relevant SAP PP experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP Production Planning and Control - Discrete Industries.
Strong understanding of production planning and discrete manufacturing processes.
Experience in SAP PP configuration, customisation, implementation, or support.
Good knowledge of MRP, production orders, BOM, work centres, routing, and capacity planning.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise system performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
