DevOps Engineer

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective solutions tailored to their needs. The role requires understanding and translating customer requirements into practical business and technology solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions on transformation initiatives, guides the customer journey, and collaborates on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with business requirements is a key focus, requiring continuous engagement with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
Proficiency in DevOps.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise system performance in complex environments.
Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps.
This position is based at client on-site locations within India.
A 15-year full-time education is required.
