Responsibilities:
Identify and source qualified candidates across international markets, including the US, UK, APAC, EMEA, etc.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate identification and sourcing to screening and coordination.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct talent mapping and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Handle US recruitment / US sourcing and international volume hiring requirements.
Work on RPO / Recruitment Process Outsourcing engagements and meet defined hiring SLAs and targets.
Support bulk recruitment/volume hiring initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable talent.
Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
Research and identify passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track market trends and develop talent pools for critical and recurring requirements.
