Founder’s Office & Personal Brand Intern

About the Role
MIDGROW is looking for a Founder’s Office & Personal Brand Intern who will work closely with the Founder and support the growth of his professional presence and MIDGROW’s public image.
This role is not a conventional social media or HR internship. You will work directly with the Founder on personal branding, content, networking, PR, research and execution, while coordinating with the internal creative and marketing team.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, curious about business and social media, and comfortable working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder on personal branding and visibility initiatives.
Research content ideas, industry topics, trends, people and opportunities relevant to the Founder.
Help plan and maintain the Founder’s LinkedIn and Instagram content pipeline.
Coordinate with content strategists, social media managers, video editors, designers and photographers.
Prepare content briefs and ensure planned content moves from idea to execution.
Research podcasts, interviews, publications, events, networking opportunities and relevant industry platforms.
Assist with PR outreach and maintaining a database of media, creators, founders and industry contacts.
Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots and other Founder-content activities.
Organise the Founder’s content assets, profiles, achievements and important information.
Track published content, upcoming content and pending activities.
Assist the Founder with research, preparation and execution of business or brand-related initiatives.
Maintain organised files, documents, databases and follow-up lists.
Handle sensitive business and Founder-related information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in personal branding, social media, business, PR and digital marketing.
Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Comfortable communicating directly with the Founder and senior team members.
Proactive mindset. You should be able to identify what needs to be done instead of waiting for every instruction.
Good research and internet research skills.
Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content is preferred.
Basic knowledge of content creation and video production is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
