Role Description The Implementation Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. The Implementation Specialist will collaborate closely with clients to understand business processes, provide product demonstrations, and ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams, conducting user training, resolving implementation issues, and documenting project milestones. The role also focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support, clear communication, and timely follow-up throughout the implementation lifecycle. First preferance with ITSM Background with Freshservice, ServiceNow, BMC, JIRA , ManageEngine background and experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective software solutions.
Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring positive client experiences during and after implementation.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Software Implementation, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field are preferred.
Experience with SaaS products, project coordination, and basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL business process workflows is beneficial.
