About the role:
We are looking for a Cognitive Science Expert to design engaging cognitive screening tasks, gamify assessments, develop intervention modules that support academic growth, and help refine and elevate our existing product.
Key Responsibilities:
Design age-appropriate cognitive screening tasks (memory, attention, reasoning, executive functions, etc.).
Gamify cognitive tasks with engaging mechanics, reward loops, difficulty curves, and child-friendly UX.
Develop science-backed intervention/training modules that strengthen learning and academic performance.
Continuously refine existing assessments and games using research insights and product data.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify gaps and upgrade product offerings.
Collaborate with AI, UX, game design, curriculum, and product teams to turn cognitive concepts into real user experiences.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s in Cognitive Science
Experience designing cognitive tasks, assessments, or child development modules.
Strong understanding of cognitive development (ages 6–18).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in game design or gamification (major advantage).
Strong understanding of UX for children.
Familiarity with psychometrics, user research, or data-informed design.
Ability to convert scientific concepts into simple, engaging digital experiences.

Strong communication and documentation
Empathy for children and parents
Collaborative, research-oriented, and iterative working style
