Job Title: Spanish–English Translator & Project Coordinator (Part-Time, Freelance)
Location Preference: Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia
Availability: Overlapping working hours between IST and Lima time
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English to support live translation during client calls and assist in project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth communication between teams and ensuring accurate, real-time interpretation. Prior experience in translation or project coordination is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide live Spanish–English translation during virtual meetings and client discussions.
● Translate key points clearly, accurately, and in real time.
● Support project coordination activities such as scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
● Assist in preparing meeting notes, summaries, and basic reports as needed.
● Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
● Ensure availability during overlapping hours between Indian Standard Time (IST) and Lima (Peru) time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
● Experience in live translation or interpretation during business calls (preferred).
● Strong understanding of project coordination, task management, and communication workflows.
● Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with international teams.
● Certification in translation/interpretation is a plus.
● Prior experience working with global clients is an advantage. Additional Details
