Senior Manager – Inventory Planning & Shrinkage (Commercial Analytics)

Job Level: Senior Manager
Reports to: General Manager - Finance
Experience: 8-12 Years in similar profile
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA(Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead inventory reconciliation and governance processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
 Analyze inventory ageing, slow-moving stock, excess inventory, and inventory turnover.
 Prepare dashboards and analytical reports for senior management, CFO, and founders.
 Variance analysis between production, sales, inventory, budget, and forecast.
 Month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies & JV posting.
 Report automation using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and ERP systems.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Support ERP implementation, process standardization initiatives.
 Recommend control to improve inventory governance, financial reporting, and audit
readiness.
