Manager – Factory Inventory / Mfg. Control

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA FresherPreferred)
Key Responsibilities:
 Perform daily and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy between ERP, operational systems, and physical inventory.
 Monitor inventory shrinkage and investigate variances to support timely corrective actions.
 Track damaged inventory and ensure timely accounting, repair, disposal, or write-off.
 Support monthly manufacturing costing by validating production volumes, labour, overheads, and process losses.
 Review inventory transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of inventory movements.
 Prepare reconciliation reports, exception trackers, and inventory MIS within agreed timelines.
 Coordinate with warehouse, factory, and finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
 Maintain reconciliation documentation to support internal and statutory audit requirements.
 Ensure compliance with inventory policies, SOPs, and internal financial controls.
 Identify recurring reconciliation issues and recommend process improvements to enhance
inventory accuracy.
