✔ Strong experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/C2C)
✔ Hands-on experience in W2 sourcing and direct client requirements
✔ Strong follow-up practices with direct clients and candidates
✔ Experience in handling and mentoring recruitment teams
✔ Good knowledge in identifying GC/EAD and Fake GC candidates
