Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jodhpur. The Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to support a positive shopping experience and drive sales. Daily responsibilities include managing product displays, ensuring stock availability, handling billing and payments, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role involves answering customer inquiries, resolving basic concerns, and supporting promotional activities or in-store campaigns. The Salesperson will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, follow company guidelines, and provide consistent, inclusive service to all customers.
Qualifications
Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and communicate clearly in person.
Basic sales skills, including product presentation, upselling, and closing sales in a retail setting.
Comfort with handling cash, operating billing systems or POS terminals, and managing receipts accurately.
Strong attention to detail in maintaining product displays, stock counts, and store cleanliness.
Reliability in following store processes, working scheduled shifts, and collaborating with team members.
Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first approach and willingness to learn on the job.
Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort working on-site in Jodhpur and standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.
