Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions
Enable real-time visibility via dashboards and reporting
Optimize alerting to reduce noise & improve signal quality
Drive incident reduction and faster MTTR
Support Enterprise Command Center operations & automation
Strong expertise in observability engineering (logs, metrics, traces)
Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, Application Insights, OpManager
Experience in integrating with ServiceNow & ITSM tools
