Senior Workday Talent Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance SME to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Talent solutions. This role requires deep functional expertise in performance management, goal alignment, talent reviews, and succession planning, along with the ability to engage with stakeholders and drive successful implementations across the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration and optimization of Workday Talent modules including Goals, Performance, Calibration, and Succession.
Drive performance cycle design, talent review frameworks, and process improvements.
Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Configure and optimize business processes for talent and performance workflows.
Oversee testing strategy, defect management, and cycle readiness activities.
Provide expertise on performance rating models, goal alignment, and talent management best practices.
Collaborate with reporting teams to deliver talent analytics, dashboards, and insights.
Support Workday releases and adoption of new features and functionalities.
Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective Talent & Performance solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance modules.
Workday Talent or Performance certification preferred.
Strong expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, Calibration, and Succession Planning.
Experience in client-facing roles, workshops, and solution design activities.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
