Role Overview
The Technical Execution Head will lead and control end-to-end technical project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, client requirements and company processes. The role requires strong leadership, project management, technical coordination and team-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end execution of CCTV, surveillance, networking, AV, command centre, access control and related system-integration projects.
· Plan project manpower, materials, tools, site activities, schedules and deployment requirements.
· Review technical drawings, BOQs, scope of work, specifications, layouts and method statements before execution.
· Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Purchase, Accounts, AMC/Warranty and clients for smooth project delivery.
· Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and vendors; allocate work and monitor productivity.
· Conduct project kick-off, site surveys, installation planning, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
· Ensure execution is aligned with approved designs, BOQ, OEM specifications, safety requirements and client standards.
· Track project progress against milestones and take corrective action to prevent delays and cost overruns.
· Identify technical risks, site constraints and execution issues and provide timely solutions.
· Coordinate with OEMs and technical partners for product support, configuration, troubleshooting and commissioning.
· Ensure proper testing, integration, documentation, snag closure and final handover of projects.
· Prepare and review daily/weekly project progress reports, MIS, manpower reports and management updates.
· Maintain project documentation including drawings, checklists, test reports, commissioning reports and handover documents.
· Monitor project quality and ensure zero/low-defect delivery with strong focus on client satisfaction.
· Support estimation, technical feasibility, site assessment and execution planning for new projects when required.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, professional discipline, safety procedures and ethical standards.
Required Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of CCTV, IP surveillance, NVR/VMS, networking, switches, structured cabling and related security systems.
· Working knowledge of access control, video door phones, PA/AV systems, command centres and integrated security solutions.
· Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, layouts, SLDs and project specifications.
· Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, VLANs, PoE, routing/switching and fibre connectivity.
· Strong troubleshooting, commissioning and system-integration capabilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and project reporting tools; knowledge of AutoCAD/project management tools is preferred.

Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related technical discipline.
· 6–12 years of relevant experience in technical project execution, system integration, ELV/security systems or infrastructure projects.
· Prior experience in a team-lead/managerial execution role will be strongly preferred.
· Experience in government, PSU, defence, enterprise or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
