Role Description As a Senior Full Stack Developer at SecureNova Systems Pvt. Ltd., you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power the company’s smart infrastructure and governance platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will implement backend services and APIs, build responsive user interfaces, optimize performance, and ensure code quality through reviews and testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions and will guide junior developers through mentoring and technical oversight. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring active participation in team discussions, architecture decisions, and project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-grade web applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Advanced Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UIs.
Ability to design scalable, secure architectures and optimize application performance across the stack.
Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Demonstrated capability to mentor team members, collaborate across disciplines, and communicate technical decisions clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
