Saswat Infra is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Project Construction to lead large-scale construction projects and drive excellence in project planning, execution, quality, cost management, and delivery.
🔹 Experience: 20+ Years
🔹 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or related field
🔹 Role: Head – Project Construction
🔹 Location: As per project requirement
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, development and execution
• Drive pre-construction activities, feasibility and value engineering
• Manage budgets, costs, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance
• Implement technology and innovation to improve construction efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams and build strong leadership capabilities
