Role Description The Account Manager role at G9 Digital Signage – Digital LED Walls & Smart Display Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable digital signage, LED wall, and smart display solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating projects from inquiry to installation, preparing proposals and quotations, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, design, and technical support, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions. The Account Manager will maintain accurate records of client interactions, support local marketing and branding initiatives, and contribute to business growth in the Kochi and broader South India market.
Qualifications
Client relationship management skills, including account handling, needs assessment, and customer service.
Experience in advertising, marketing, or branding, preferably in outdoor advertising, OOH, or digital signage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical display solutions in clear business terms.
Project coordination and organizational skills, including managing timelines, vendors, and installation logistics.
Basic understanding of digital signage technologies, LED displays, and signage production (e.g., LED signage, glow signs, flex printing, sign boards) is an advantage.
Proficiency in common office and productivity tools; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
