Are you passionate about Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) and have strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR?
iFocal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **SOAR**. Engineer/Lead who can design, develop, and optimize security automation workflows across enterprise environments.
🔐 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 5+ years of overall cybersecurity experience
✅ 3+ years of hands-on SOAR Engineering / Architecture
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR / XSOAR
✅ Excellent XSOAR Playbook Development & Workflow Automation skills
✅ Strong Python scripting / automation experience
✅ Experience developing custom playbooks and automations
✅ Experience integrating SOAR with SIEM platforms such as Splunk / IBM QRadar
✅ Experience with EDR, Threat Intelligence & ITSM platforms
✅ Strong understanding of incident response and SOC processes
✅ Experience with REST APIs / custom integrations
✅ Exposure to Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is an advantage.
✅ Leadership/mentoring experience for lead-level candidates
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
🔹 Architect and deploy SOAR solutions across enterprise/hybrid environments
🔹 Design scalable playbooks for automated triage, enrichment, and response
🔹 Integrate XSOAR with SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and ticketing platforms.
🔹 Develop Python-based automation and custom integrations
🔹 Work closely with SOC & Incident Response teams to identify automation opportunities.
🔹 Help reduce manual effort and improve MTTR
🔹 Perform RCA and post-incident reviews
🔹 Maintain playbook, SOP, and integration documentation
🔹 Mentor SOC analysts and security engineers

We are particularly interested in professionals who can demonstrate **real-world XSOAR engineering experience**—especially those who have built playbooks, developed custom automations, and integrated XSOAR with multiple enterprise security platforms.
