Facilitator and storyteller – Bangalore | Part-Time
About the Role
Serein is looking for a confident and engaging facilitator based in Bangalore to support and conduct training sessions for our partner organisations. We work with over 500 companies including Spotify, HSBC, Amazon, Mokobara and Slice.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate approximately 5–6 training sessions per month, based on organisational requirements.
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees and stakeholders.
Commit approximately 15-20 hours per week to the role.
Coordinate with assigned organisations to understand and support their training requirements.
Requirements
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable conducting training sessions for professional audiences.
Ability to engage participants and facilitate interactive discussions.
Prior knowledge or experience in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) would be an advantage.
