Overview
The Techno-Functional Business Analyst/Support will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the BACL environment. This role involves managing enterprise applications, handling change requests and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and technology solutions. The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development
Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement application enhancements aligned with digital transformation goals.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Ensure timely delivery of new features and integrations across NBFC applications
Quality Assurance
Define and execute test plans for new developments and change requests.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards before deployment.
Vendor Management
Liaise with third-party vendors for application support, upgrades, and integrations.
Monitor vendor SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Evaluate vendor solutions for scalability and alignment with business objectives.
