Project Delivery Manager – Supply Chain Applications
Your Role
Supply Chain transformations shape the backbone of global operations — and in this role, you will be at the center of driving them. As Project Delivery Manager for Supply Chain Applications, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, business-critical application projects across a global landscape, working closely with Business Product Owners, IT Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, vendors, and senior business stakeholders across sectors and regions. You will own the full project lifecycle — from initiation and scope definition through execution, governance, and transition into operations — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and operational readiness requirements. Acting as the primary delivery lead for strategic initiatives, you will drive execution across internal teams and external partners, manage risk and budget transparency, lead governance activities and executive updates, and contribute to Supply Chain transformation roadmaps. Who You Are
You bring substantial professional experience in IT project management, program management, or delivery management, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise application projects in global environments.
Lead and Co-Lead large-scale Supply Chain application projects from initiation through hypercare and transition into operations for global applications such as Blue Yonder, Esko, and Tracelink
You have hands-on experience with Supply Chain application landscapes and related business processes, including planning, fulfillment, and traceability domains.
You are skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management, and you communicate effectively across both technical and business audiences.
You are experienced in both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies, with a solid understanding of application lifecycle management and transition-to-support processes.
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
You are business-fluent in English (written and spoken) and are comfortable with regular regional and international travel as part of the role.
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a strong advantage.
