Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring materials and resources are delivered on schedule. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving operational issues, managing logistics, and keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates and reports. The Project Manager will also support process improvements and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements on all project sites.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in expediting activities, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting tasks to keep project timelines on track.
Inspection skills, with the ability to conduct site checks and quality inspections to ensure work meets design and safety standards.
Logistics Management skills, including coordination of materials, vendors, and on-site deliveries to support smooth project execution.
Background in interior design, construction, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, project management, or a related discipline preferred.
Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design or construction management software is a plus.
