Role Description The Project Manager role at HUB Interior is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning timelines, coordinating resources, and managing budgets for residential interior projects. This role involves working closely with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of materials, and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project milestones, resolving on-site issues, supervising inspections, and ensuring all work complies with agreed specifications and safety norms. The Project Manager will also be responsible for optimizing logistics, expediting deliveries, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor site activities and verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and on-time availability of project resources.
Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or related project environments is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities are required.
Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office applications is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is advantageous.
