The India Prosperity Initiative (TIPI) is an objective and non-partisan initiative committed to advancing pervasive prosperity in Indian society. TIPI views prosperity as extending beyond material abundance to encompass the resources, opportunities, capabilities, and societal conditions that enable individuals and communities to realise their ambitions and potential.
TIPI seeks to deepen the understanding of prosperity in India and strengthen the ability of societal stakeholders to act on that understanding. It follows a multi-disciplinary, all-source approach to research, analysis, and action, with an emphasis on intellectual rigour, audacity of ideas and methods, collaboration, and trust. The Initiative aims to co-create and evaluate impactful solutions to some of the biggest issues relevant to India's prosperity, and translate research and insights into meaningful action.
2. About the Role
TIPI is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate the execution of its research programs and initiatives. The role will involve working across multiple workstreams, coordinating with researchers and external stakeholders, tracking timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the smooth execution and dissemination of research.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
a. Key Responsibilities
● Lead and coordinate TIPI initiatives across product formation, program execution, public engagement, and stakeholder management, ensuring that objectives, activities, and deliverables are clearly defined and followed through.
● Work closely with research teams to coordinate data collection, analysis, quality checks, documentation, and development of research outputs.
● Manage the planning and execution of the India Centennial Project dialogues, including coordination with speakers, stakeholders, internal teams, logistics, timelines, and follow-up activities.
● Support the development, review, and dissemination of reports, recommendation notes, presentations, website content, research summaries, and periodic research digests.
● Coordinate multiple research and program workstreams by maintaining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups across teams.
● Track the progress of ongoing initiatives, maintain regular updates, identify delays or bottlenecks, and coordinate actions required for timely completion.
● Coordinate with researchers, experts, policymakers, practitioners, clients, and other external stakeholders for consultations, meetings, inputs, and program activities.
● Support the organisation and execution of expert consultations, field visits, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and other TIPI engagements.
● Support coordination across TIPI's research, public engagement, product development, and institutional initiatives, as required.
● Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve the process, structure, and delivery of TIPI's programs and research products.

4. Eligibility criteria
● Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution.
● Relevant experience in program coordination, project management, research, consulting, policy, or related fields.
● Experience coordinating multiple projects or stakeholders will be an advantage. ● Strong academic or professional track record.

6. Role location
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Gurugram, Haryana. The role may involve travel for program activities, institutional engagements, meetings, and other initiatives as required.
