We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is creative, eager to learn, and interested in creating engaging content for real brands and businesses.
Role Description
As a Video Editor Intern at PrimexPixel, you will assist in creating and editing engaging video content for social media and digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
Turning raw footage into engaging and polished videos
Adding captions, text, transitions, music, and sound effects
Basic color correction and audio enhancement
Creating simple motion graphics and text animations
Following creative briefs and brand guidelines
Optimizing videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
Organizing project files and footage
Implementing feedback and making revisions
Keeping up with current short-form video trends
What We're Looking For
Basic knowledge of video editing
Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools
Understanding of cuts, pacing, transitions, captions, and music
Good sense of storytelling and visual composition
Interest in social media and short-form content
Willingness to learn and experiment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic portfolio or sample work is preferred
