About RYSE
RYSE is building intelligence for businesses that run the real economy. Every day, businesses make hundreds of decisions - what to buy, stock, sell, where to deploy capital, and what to do next. Many still depend on fragmented data, spreadsheets and instinct. RYSE turns data into intelligence, intelligence into strategy, and strategy into action. We're early, but we're already building and implementing with real businesses. And as RYSE grows, so does everything around it - people, hiring, campus programs and events.
That's where you come in.
Some people participate in college fests. Some people somehow end up running them. They know whom to call, what needs to happen next, what's getting stuck, and how to bring people together to get things done. We're looking for the second kind.
You'll work closely with RYSE's founders across four areas:
People: Coordinate hiring from applications and initial screening through interviews, communication, follow-ups and onboarding.
Programs: Run the coordination behind campus initiatives, hackathons, meet-ups and events - participants, universities, permissions, schedules, vendors, logistics and everything that keeps the program moving.
Intern Management: Coordinate the Product/Development and Design interns day-to-day - keep priorities, tasks, follow-ups and dependencies moving, and make sure the founders have visibility without having to chase for updates.
People Ops: Keep the basics working after people join: documentation, onboarding, internship timelines, attendance, records and exits. 1The founders will set the direction and make the key decisions. You'll make sure the execution follows.
Who we're looking for
You should be pursuing an MBA or have recently completed one. More importantly, you should have evidence that you've actually run things - a college fest, club, E-Cell, placement committee, conference, TEDx/MUN, sponsorship team, startup initiative or something similar.
We're looking for someone who is:
Polished enough to write to a Dean.
Scrappy enough to chase a vendor.
Organised enough to run the show.
Calm enough when the plan changes.
The setup
3-month paid internship
Remote-first You'll work remotely for most of the internship, with in-person participation when RYSE runs events, hackathons, meet-ups or other programs that need you on the ground
Some flexibility around evenings/ weekends may occasionally be required around these programs
At the end of three months, we'll have a formal review, exchange feedback and decide whether it makes sense for both sides to continue the engagement in some form.
