Role Description The Assistant Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role supports senior account managers in overseeing client accounts, coordinating day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely delivery of services and project milestones. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking account performance, managing documentation, and following up on action items with internal teams and clients. The Assistant Account Manager helps organize meetings, captures key decisions, and contributes to resolving client queries in a professional and timely manner. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business development activities such as proposals and pitches.
Qualifications
Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with basic data analysis and reporting.
Ability to prepare well-structured presentations, documents, and meeting notes with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
