Team: Calling Team + BDEs
What You Will Do:
Lead & manage Calling Team + BDEs
Set targets, monitor performance & accountability
Conduct call reviews, role-playing & objection handling
Handle final high-level sales calls & close deals
Maintain CRM, reporting & daily sales dashboards
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience in Coaching / Life Coaching / Business Coaching preferred
Experience selling to consultants, trainers, experts & knowledge-business owners
Strong High-Ticket & B2B Sales experience
Excellent English communication, negotiation & leadership skills
