Role Description The Seller Support Associate is responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to sellers through phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries related to orders, listings, payments, and policies. The role includes troubleshooting seller issues, guiding them through platform workflows, and escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams when needed. Daily tasks involve updating case records, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining high levels of seller satisfaction and service quality. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to share feedback and help improve processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and support skills, including active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, with clear and professional verbal and written English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work with online platforms and tools, including basic computer literacy, CRM systems, and ticketing or case management software.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
Comfort with following processes, guidelines, and policies, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, as business needs require.
Preferred: Prior experience in e-commerce, BPO, or seller/vendor support roles.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in any discipline.
