Work with leadership to define job descriptions, role requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles.

Design interview questions, evaluation frameworks, and candidate assessment processes.
Support leadership in making informed hiring decisions.
Help build a structured and scalable hiring engine as the organisation grows.
4. HR Policies & People Processes
Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and internal people processes.
Draft and maintain employee-facing policy documents, guidelines, and handbooks.
Help establish policies around areas such as:

Ensure policies are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently implemented.
Work closely with leadership to continuously improve the organisation’s people processes.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, training guides, playbooks, presentations, videos, FAQs, and knowledge bases.

Work with managers to understand performance gaps and translate them into actionable training interventions.
Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee learning experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, Recruitment, Team Enablement, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and interviewing skills.
Excellent documentation and content-creation abilities.
Strong understanding of employee onboarding and capability development.
Comfortable participating in recruitment and candidate assessment.
Ability to create structured policies, SOPs, processes, and internal documentation.
Strong organisational and project-management skills.
High proficiency with AI tools and a genuine curiosity to experiment with new technologies.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can become the owner of our people enablement engine.
You should be someone who can walk into an organisation with limited existing structure and build:
Hiring → Onboarding → Training → Assessment → Capability Building → Policies → Documentation → Continuous Improvement
You don’t just deliver training — you build the systems that make people better at their jobs.
You are equally comfortable conducting an interview, creating an onboarding deck, running a role-play, writing an HR policy, documenting an SOP, creating an AI-powered training resource, or identifying a capability gap within a team.
