Senior Flutter Developer

Role Description The Senior Flutter Developer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for Nugget.ai’s talent management products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new features, optimizing performance, integrating with back-end services, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure application architecture. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with global product and engineering standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of strong foundation in Flutter Development (end-to-end) and Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, AI and software architecture.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on building production-grade mobile or web applications.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns for scalable, maintainable code.
Experience with Back-End Web Development and integrating Flutter apps with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
Expert-level experience with Flutter and Dart, including state management, UI design, and performance optimization.
Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Android and iOS platforms, including familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced product environment.
Experience in AI-driven or data-intensive products is an asset.
