Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Amravati. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects, including site evaluation, structural layouts, and infrastructure works. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site supervisors, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing resources, conducting quality checks, and resolving technical issues on-site. The Civil Engineer will also assist with cost estimates, documentation, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to required standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with practical experience applying engineering principles to real-world projects.
Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, contributing to project planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
Skills in Planning and project scheduling, including resource allocation and timeline management for construction activities.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design, including drainage systems and site grading.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; relevant professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices in construction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work on-site under varying conditions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
